Chef Andrea Chiriatti, is a talented emerging culinary star from Florence’s most renowned restaurants such Enoteca Pincchiori and Simon Boccanegra, as well as Milan’s favorite Osteria Porca Vacca; his impressive background includes being the second chef for Renzo Neve, for the Giorgio Armani S.p.a. and Teatro 7. This young yet seasoned culinary artist is known to be a passionate de-constructivist and re-inventor of authentic Italian cuisine which he coins as “An Evolution of Italian Cuisine”.

Chef Andrea brings wholesome cooking from all regions of Italy to showcase dishes that revolve around fresh, local ingredients, and precious edible gold.
